We plan to gradually extend delivery to other European countries .
Order processing Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.
Belgium : 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. For other countries, the exact delivery time is indicated at the time of payment or in the confirmation email when available.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on periods of high activity, customs controls (if applicable), carriers or events beyond our control.
Delivery costs Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at the time of payment before order confirmation.
Order tracking When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).
Delivery address The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional delays and/or fees may apply.
Package delayed / not received If your package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after shipment, please contact us at contact.dosezn@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier.
Package marked “delivered” but not received Contact us within 48 hours so we can check the situation.
