Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Return period (30 days)

You have 30 daysafter receiving your order to request a return.

2) Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, in perfect condition;
  • be returned with its accessoriesand parts(if applicable);
  • be returned in its original packaging(where possible);
  • must be accompanied by proof of purchase(order number / confirmation email).
  • We may refuse a return if the product has been used, damaged, incomplete or in a non-saleable condition.

3) Right of withdrawal (European Union — 14 days)

If the order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all original parts, and in its original packaging (where possible). Proof of purchase may be required.

4) Non-returnable items (hygiene/safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been usedand/or if the protective packaging has been openedwhere applicable.

(If you want to be more "soft" commercially: we can limit this sentence to only the articles actually concerned. But legally, it's safer.)

5) How to make a return

To request a return, contact us at: contact.dosezn@gmail.com
Please indicate:

  • your order number
  • the article(s) concerned
  • The reasonfor the return (optional but recommended)
  • (if product is defective) photos/video

We will send you the instructions and return address.

6) Return costs

Return shippingcosts are the responsibility of the customer, except:

  • if the item is defective;
  • or if there has been an error on our part(wrong item, missing item, etc.).

7) Defective/damaged product upon receipt

Please check your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hoursof delivery at contact.dosezn@gmail.com by attaching:

  • your order number
  • photosand/or a video ofthe problem
  • a photo of the packaging (if relevant)

We offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund or other).

8) Reimbursements

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or not.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be charged to your original payment method.
  • within 10 working daysof approval

Please note that the display time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

9) Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order.

10) Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.dosezn@gmail.com.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and you will need to follow the return procedure after receipt.
