2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made on the DozZen website.
3. Products
The products are presented with the utmost care. Slight variations in finish, color, or packaging may exist between batches.
4. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€). The price charged is the one displayed at the time of ordering. Any delivery charges are shown before confirmation.
5. Order
The order is confirmed upon payment validation. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or a prior dispute.
6. Payment
Available payment methods may include: card via Shopify Payments, Bancontact, PayPal, and, depending on availability, Klarna. By choosing a deferred payment option (e.g., Klarna), the customer also agrees to the provider's terms and conditions.
7. Delivery
The terms and conditions are described in the Shipping Policy . Estimated delivery time in Belgium: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
8. Right of withdrawal (European Union — 14 days)
The customer has 14 days after receipt to cancel or return their order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact contact.dosezn@gmail.com with the order number.
Items must be returned unused , in perfect condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
9. Commercial returns (30 days)
In addition to the statutory 14-day right, DozZen offers a commercial return policy of up to 30 days after receipt, subject to the conditions indicated on the Returns & Refunds page.
10. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
11. Defective/damaged product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.dosezn@gmail.com Please include photos/video and order number. We will propose a suitable solution.
12. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm acceptance or rejection. If accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
13. Responsibility / Use
These products are intended for home use and convenience. They are not a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for any use that does not comply with the instructions.
